The “Feria de Arte” (Art Fair) will be held at the Plaza Las Palmas this Saturday, May 7 at 9:00am, and on every first Saturday of the month thereafter. Daniel Moreno will begin his live music performance at 10:30am. We will also begin our monthly silent auction this Saturday. Gift certificates for the auction have been donated by Potholes Y Pesos, Erny´s restaurant, La Esquina Bistro, Olympus Coffee Shop, resident artist Patty Brumm de Gucci, and more. Potholes Y Pesos will be having a huge sale, and is excited to have flowers from Floreria Arcangel of Guaymas for the first time. Floreria Arcangel will have arrangements and gifts for sale. La Esquina Bistro specials include $1 US margaritas and $4 US pizzas. Olympus Coffee Shop specials include one small coffee and a muffin for 20 pesos.
Remember, Potholes Y Pesos and Olympus Coffee Shop have joined as a team to support local artisans. Currently we have artwork on display at Olympus Coffee Shop for guests to enjoy and they may also be purchased. During your visit, feel free to contribute to our art station. This piece, once completed, will become one of our silent auction pieces.
