Well, almost back to San Carlos and the Sea of Cortez. Sounds like things were still pretty warm and slow before the rains. Then the reports started coming in. Nice dorado were caught, along with some sailfish and marlin. It was reported that one nice Blue Marlin was caught, along with a Wahoo and a tuna. I don’t have any reports from inshore fishing, but it should be turning on. Sounds like everything is out there and ready for a great month of fishing in October. I’m sure, like the fish, that we’ll all be excited for some cooler weather!

If you’d like some information on Southern Utah, then let me know. The scenery was outstanding! What amazing country. We traveled along a lot of Highway 12 hitting the lakes, streams, rivers, and parks. Lake Powell was beautiful and warm and I was fighting Striped Bass with a rod in each hand. Hope to see you in San Carlos this Fall.
