This month’s San Carlos All-Stars Concert is on April 13 from 5:00pm – 8:00pm at Hotel Fiesta Real.
It will feature Sandra’s Oro y Plata Mariachis and The Twins joined by a nifty group of guest artists that will be sitting in with both bands. Sons of Freedom’s own Big Frank Jr., Joe Flores, Manuelito and Martin from Evie’s will sing and play some accordion! Leslie will be MC and Bobby and Leslie will sing a tune or two before the night is through.
There will be some terrific door prizes from Gary’s Dive Shop, Anna Marias, Bananas, Jorge’s Gift Shop, and Casa Talavera.
Tickets are only 100 pesos or $8.50 US. Not only will a low priced ticket get you into the show — it is also a ticket for door prizes and a 2-for-1 beverage coupon.

Some of the proceeds from this concert will go to Rancho Del Ninos orphanage in Empalme!
The 2nd Wednesday Concert Series will feature local and international guest acts (The “San Carlos All-Stars”), in a unique collaborative festival-style concert at Hotel Fiesta Real. Some of the local talent that will be performing at the concerts are Bobby & Leslie, The Twins, Eric Holland, Omar, Danny, Alberto Serna Sandoval, and Sam Rainwater.
The December 8 show featured The Twins, Bobby and Leslie, English bluesman Peter Pope Jones, Ron Deasley and Martin Rueles.
The February 9 show featured Bohemia (Omar, Danny Moreno, Alberto Serna), The Twins, Bobby & Leslie -The Sahlens, and special guests Bliss & Jim Cochran, and Bruce Munson’s Trailer Trash Royalty.
The March 9th 2nd Wednesday Concert was a very special one. The show featured the Giacoman Family. Three generations of this immensely talented gene pool graced the stage with Papa Efrian Giacoman, Uncle, and Sons, everyone’s favorites, The Twins! Violinist/vocalist son, Martin, returned after wowing the crowd at January’s guest appearance. Identical twin nieces, Lizet and Lizbeth, played guitar and sang. Even the grandchildren entertained the crowd!
