We didn’t quite meet our goal and we have lots of students now at High School and University Levels to support. So we decided last weekend that we would leave the many items left at the end of our Tianguis, then add to those items during this week, to extend our first sale of the season to Saturday, November 19.
Our hard-working volunteers did such a good job of organizing everything; then due to the funky weather, we had a lot of items left. We’d like to have some new items to offer as well, so if you didn’t clean out that closet in time for last Saturday, maybe you can bring some donations for next Saturday’s sale. Donations will be accepted at Bahia Storage (map) during business hours for the rest of the week. Thank you Paulo & Don, Antonio & James for allowing us to extend the sale and for the donated bodegas and the great covered space for the sale.
For our members or anyone interested in learning more about what we do, our monthly meeting will be on Saturday November 19 at Bahia Storage at 11:00am.
