Bar el Botanero closed to do some remodeling and is re-opening on November 5 with a new palapa-covered seating area. Luna Band will perform from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.
Bar el Botanero's marketing plan is to offer inexpensive drinks all day, every day (except Tuesday, when they're closed). National drinks are 28 pesos and beer is 18 pesos. There is a drink-of-the-day that will be 2×1 all day, There is also a 10% discount if you mention What's Up San Carlos. Botanero means snack, and the bar offers free snacks throughout the day.
Happy Hour is 3:00pm to 7:00pm with all domestic drinks only 15 pesos.
If you want dinner, delivery can be arranged from Toro's restaurant.
The hours are 3:00pm to 3:00am Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, and noon to 3:00am on Saturday and Sunday. Closed Tuesdays.
